I used to be so into music. I think the biggest contribution this year was Rashomon Blues, which is a very curated music experience from Mr. Tony Peppers himself, which yeah, definitely lead to my most enjoyable listening experiences of the year. That and the mixes he was putting out. Finding Steve Kuhn’s The Meaning of Love is enough to validate my self-congratulating e-crate digging accolades.

Underground is overground.

I guess beyond that just a lot of old music. MPB, and then ambient stuff like Terekke, Animated Matter, Tomoyoshi, etc.
